Back from all..

it has been a while since i last written something here. been wanting to do that for ages but i just couldn't make myself to settle down with something. anyway i should say that there's much happened around. i've just finished my one round of cpa exam which i had the whole time to study. and yes it's not so fun without a job on hand. the stress was eating into me. parents have been nagging me from time to time that i'm freaking 25 now and i should be having a superb job with awesome marriage and settling in a mortgage and living in a proper house of my own. so much to be a 25 years old grown up adult, right? haha! but sorry mum and dad, i haven't reached on any of that yet.

well enough of the all mumbling thing of mine. bad habit. can't change that. haha! anyway i've been actively devoted my time into food blogging lately since i've got plenty of time. please do enjoy my little sharing of my little passion. it was funny that i'm now being introduced to new friends as the foodie or the food blogger. i'm still not getting used to it. however i have to say food is like the common language with people. i've tried meeting a few new people around in sydney and i was surprised that how much people can link to each other with just talking about food. whenever i take out my camera out for food photos, they'll go like, "wow.. u're really a food blogger". i'm not a pro at all, it's just having fun in sharing my experience and my love for food or perhaps also little passion into photography. oh wells, all these need to have capital to start with. and so there goes the job hunting issue again. sigh...

with job issue, actually i'm having a major problem. the problem is that i really dont know what i want. dad was telling me that the first few jobs really decide how ur career path is in the future. but honestly i'm really lost, not having a clear mind of the pathway that i want to get into. believe me, even it's just accounting, there are lots of choices out there. well of course the normal ones is audit, taxation, business services...

well at the same time of course i'm thankfully enough to have jen beside to help me on that. i'm able to have all the time and space that i want and need to think and decide. i'm really not complaining at all. really. i'm already considered the luckiest person in the whole world. i wish that i could just figure out on what my desires are. finally can catch my breathe from studying and all, little things that i needed to do all along, get in touch with friends. missing all so much! heard some bad news lately, it made me realised that life is just so fragile. appreaciate the people around you, that's the only thing i've learned. xx

It's new..

well moving to a new environment might be hard. but i guess it comes to the people around you. if you're working in a new place, might need some time to get along with collegues, the stress of handling jobs and being able to perform well to impress your employer. other than that you need to spend time to build up some new networks around your area. getting used to the place to dine or probably trying to know your new neighbour. if you're meeting with some nice people, then you're lucky! but if you're not, maybe try other ways of knowing new people. don't give up!

for me, i'm still unemployed. i'm staying in the house most of the time, so i might get a little sensitive. at this kind of time, i guess small things count. for example sharing out space in the room, getting things tidy in the bathroom, making some fresh juice even when it's a tiring time, showing appreciation on what i've done, arranged catch up with old friends. thanks for being such caring and supportive towards me. it's my birth month, let's celebrate!:P

First weekend..

my first weekend here in sydney, i had lots of shopping, packing, cooking and some relaxing moment with my dearest. settling into the new place i suppose. everything is so new and fresh. i'm still trying to catch up with myself, with the new environment. it's a good thing, i know that. along our way to sydney, we had a long road trip. drove all the way from melb to sydney. we stopped by at a small town called Bright. lovely and quiet place. our accomodation was fantastic. part of my birthday celebration. haha!

the view along the way.

lots of greens.

our very posh rented red camry with the awesome view outside.

our eco-friendly accomodation. the bucklands.

look at the view just outside our room. one word to describe it, awesomeness!

Sydney here i come!

i've just arrived in sydney last night. my very first night here, despite of being really tired after the long journey from melb, didn't sleep well. i guess it was just too much running around in my mind, or probably the different weather here, or different environment, or different bed and pillows. but that doesn't mean that i'm not looking forward to everything. we'll see how it goes and i'm definately going to stay strong! love.
