lucky or not?

lately i've just finished reading another book, called chasing harry winston, by the same author who wrote the devil wears prada, don't remember her name. haha! anyway it's a really nice one and the story line is really having "sex and the city" feel.. so it's suitable for me to read, altho sometimes i don't get some of the stuff that she mentioned about. but after reading a few books, i did pick up some of the uk brands that we never hear about here. haha! it was about the stories of three gals that are besties for ages and with their different characters and love lifes. how the author twist and turn the story, it was awesome and made me wanting to go on and on. always take the chance to read it during my train rides. now that i've finished it, i felt boring in the train. haha! well i'll hunt for my next book soon.. ^^ talking about besties, it made me thinking.. may the friendship stays on and on!

anyway heard of jessica mauboy? she's one of the runner up of australian idol from last year or the year before. she's really young when she went for the audition and with her great voice, she successfully went thru to the finale. i have to admit she's one of my fav and she's doing really well lately. clinique, the cosmetic brand, is having a promotion. get one of their five day trail of their famous 3 steps skin care and you could go into a draw of getting tickets to watch jessica sing her new album. haha! i wanted them both, wanna try the clinique skin care and see if it's suitable for my sensitive skin and also a try to win the draw to get tickets to see jessica. haha! aww... fingers cross! it's funny how i wanna try my luck on this and didn't even buy tattslotto for 80 million last week.
