heat wave..

it was so hot yesterday in melbourne. it was a max of 44 degrees and it didn't cool down much during the night. luckily i was in the office all day. when i got out of the office, it was like going into sauna. a good way to keep fit i suppose. the hot weather made me sweat and had no appetite to eat as well. with this hot weather, it all comes down to the global warming issues. lucky for us that the heat wave is gone for now and some cool air is blowing in. remember to take care...
